I am a fully qualified maths teacher in my 5th year of working schools. I have a 1st class mathematics degree and a postgraduate degree in mathematics education. I have over a decade of experience tutoring students to help them develop their confidence in the subject and achieve the grades they deserve.
I am a firm believer that everyone can be successful in mathematics and help my students by developing their confidence in their ability and building good study habits. I really enjoy learning more about the subject and take pleasure in instilling this love for learning in others.
I started tutoring while I was at university and since then I have supported many students to improve their exam scores and secure places at university. The majority of my tutoring work is online and I run both 1:1 sessions as well as groups. I find students develop their confidence quickly as they are able to share their understanding and receive immediate feedback as well as address any misconceptions in a positive learning environment.

Yes. I use Zoom with a shared whiteboard. Many students prefer online as it fits more easily around their schedule.
